The solution

This DIY Marketing Makeover Program is just the solution you need that doesn’t start with any marketing providers, instead it starts with you - and I will be there guiding you every step of the way.

This program includes up to 8 sessions in total where we meet once a week for six weeks, to assess, research and plan a new marketing strategy to get you better results. At each session:

  • Together we map out your research for the week
  • You (and your team) go through the tasks and fill in the online Marketing Makeover Workbook
  • At each session we review, discuss and extract ideas from the information you have collected.

Defining your brand personality is an integral part of the process. Once you know the ins and outs of your brand’s real character – your foundation, if you like – you can start to build an intensively researched marketing plan that really speaks to your core audience.

By the end of the makeover program, we will identify the marketing platforms offering the best potential results. You can then brief your marketing suppliers, allowing them to create the optimum content for your audience.

The additional 2 sessions above the 6 weekly ones, include one to review social platforms and a second follow up session one month after the end of the program.

Outcomes

By the end of the program, you will be in a better position to know what marketing platforms will bring you the best results. More importantly, you'll be able to brief your marketing suppliers, so they create the right content that speaks to your audience.

You will:

  • Have a marketing timeline and a more clearly defined budget.
  • Prioritise how to spread your budget – taking into account your current assets and resources.
  • Look at how you can leverage the different marketing tasks across the activities you have in your timeline.
  • List the different service providers you need to speak with that will help activate your plan.
  • Use the information you have collated to better brief suppliers with what your expectations are and how to the measure effectiveness of your marketing activities.
